Option 1 — Delete directly in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Cara Taxi (or Cara Taxi Driver) app and log in.
2. Open the Menu and go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and personal data are removed from our systems immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us at contact@carataxi.pk with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include:

• Your registered mobile number
• Whether it is a Rider or Driver account

We will verify your identity, process the request, and confirm the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Profile information (name, photo, email, phone number)
• Uploaded documents (for drivers: CNIC, licence, vehicle documents and photos)
• Social logins and saved payment methods
• Booking and trip history

Deleted data is permanently removed and irrecoverable. Certain limited records (e.g., payment/tax records or records related to an open dispute) may be retained only for as long as required by the laws of Pakistan, after which they are also deleted.
